I would usually try to reply to all the comments as soon as I could, but I realize that there are times when I miss a few of the comments posted on the site as well, so I hope this will help clarify certain questions.
Netooku Otoko no Tanoshii Isekai Boueki
I’ve been swamped with work and side jobs in RL lately, so I’m looking to recruit another translator to help out with this series, as I know that there’s been a delay for this.
– Preferably someone who’s proficient in both Japanese and English, but MTA with basic Japanese knowledge is fine (not MTL though, as it is not recommended to MTL this series)

Yuusha Party no Kawaii Ko ga ita no de, Kokuhaku Shite Mita
I’ve received the author’s permission to translate the WN of this series, so once I’m done with the LN, which would be soon since there are only three volumes out for the LN at the moment, I will be continuing with the WN. The sequence of the story is exactly the same for both the LN and WN, so there will not be any issue with this.

Selisun had informed me that he’ll be taking a break from translating for a while as his health has gotten worse lately. I’ll be keeping everyone updated about it as soon as he’s fit enough to translate again.

wow just wow. I have been following several novels and it seems like there are a lot of inconsistent translators who can’t keep up with their updating promises. If you are sick where is your stash of chapters to upload? I love My Beautiful Teacher but it sucks when you keep having to check daily for an update but it isn’t there.

Much apologies, and I do understand how you feel, considering that I’m a reader myself. However, that was precisely the reason why Selisun and me dared not promised our readers any regular schedule yet as we are not doing this full time at the moment. I started this as a hobby and recruited Selisun to help translate My Beautiful Teacher, seeing as there wasn’t anyone who decided to pick it up at all even after some time. If you do happen upon any good translator who could update My Beautiful Teacher more frequently (few chapters every week) then do let them know to contact me, and I’d be more than happy to let them have the series, as the main reason I picked this series up was because I’d like the readers to continue reading it.

its been 3 weeks. how sick is he? thanks for the update but seriously it feels like selisun either doesn’t take this seriously or is somehow on a hospital bed. i don’t know the full story but it feels like a bunch of crap cause we are still like 1750 chapters or something like that from completing this. and you want to take a 3 week break? not promising at all.

I’ll check with him again soon. If not, I’ll try getting someone to help fill in next month while he’s recuperating. Do hope for your kind patience in this, as I’d like the translators here to work when they’re at their best too and not force themselves too much.

Thank you for the hard work, we can only hope that Selisun feels better in the future. Please dont listen to those that dont appreciate your hard work, if they are willing to complain they can just learn the language and translate it themselves or use google.

Selisun has returned and he had pm’ed me a few days ago that he’ll resume translating MBT this month.

I’d rather you put all your energies into Netooku Otoko no Tanoshii Isekai Boueki since that one is my favorite. I wouldn’t mind if you get a pro that puts up a patreon acct to take donations but than it would be someone who takes it seriously and puts out like 3-5 chapters a week.

I’ve actually recruited a skilled translator for this already for chapter 53 and 54 (chapter 54’s already done), so we’ll just see how the feedback is first before taking that option. Do leave a feedback on the quality for the next two chapters, so we can see how it goes. 🙂
